deki-display

Deki's own display library. Drives the screens most hobby boards use, reads their touch, and sends every frame whole.

Implements IDisplay for panels wired straight to the chip. It drives the ILI9341, ILI9488, ST7735, ST7789, ST7796, GC9A01 and SSD1351 controllers and two AMOLED ones, over SPI, quad SPI or an 8- or 16-bit parallel bus, and reads touch from the GT911, CST816, FT5x06 and XPT2046 chips.

DisplayPanelComponent goes in a board’s boot scene and names the controller, its pins and its bus. Each frame waits for the panel to start a redraw, from its TE pin or by reading its scanline, so a picture never arrives half old and half new. The rest is chosen at start, and the boot log says what was chosen and why.

Every component it adds, every exported property and its changelog are in the deki-display reference.
